Heat pump maintenance

Ken was truly professional. He is honest, knowledgeable, and very informative. I asked a lot of questions and Ken was gracious answering them. Ken was thorough in his task at hand and even went as far as cleaning the outside of the heat pump. Looks great. Hope to get Ken next appointment.

The sale of my home required an inspection of the oil tank be performed by a certified professional. From the moment I called Advanced Energy Concepts and spoke with Vicki I felt taken care of and supported in my need for a quick turnaround, she dispatched Ken for an inspection the very next day. I've been using Advanced Energy for years. They are the best of the best! They respond promptly and their service is excellent. George came when I thought my hot water heater was leaking and he discovered it wasn't my hot water heater, it was another minor issue. He is knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly.
