Ken was courteous, professional and well versed in the service of my mini-split system. Very satisfied.

It is cold outside and the temperature in the house was dropping fast. No great with little kids and pets. We called in and the company was able to get Ken out here the same morning. Kevin was great. He was prompt the day he came to do the estimate. However the expectation was that he was coming to do the install of the propane line to our fireplace insert. My misunderstanding I guess with the scheduling person. When I scheduled, I asked if she had a ballpark figure and she asked if I wanted an estimate. I said it wasn't necessary. See my confusion? When Kevin was unable to come on the Friday he was scheduled, due to illness, no one from Energy Concepts called to tell us he was not coming. I called them an hour or so after the window of arrival. I was happy that he was able to be rescheduled for the following Monday, since the original date was a week after the estimate visit. The installation went as expected. He did leave the price of the tubing he needed off the estimate and gave us the option to not pay for it since it was his mistake. That was nice but we did pay it. So any complaint I would have is with the company itself, not the service man.
