This is my first experience with A.E.C., I interacted with one person on the phone and one person who came to my rental property to do the work and they both seemed the perfect combination of 1) Concerned about my situation and 2) Professional. The price was reasonable and I did not feel pressured to purchase other services. The end result is I found a company I will come back to without hesitation. This is after using 2 or 3 similar services in the past that I did not desire to call again. This is no BS. I really liked the company.

Ken is always hard working and a gentleman. He makes sure he finishes the job to a superior level! I will request him again for boiler maintenance in the Spring once the heat isn’t going to be used. He is a treasure for sure.

service dept resolved boiler problem very professionally however, i am still awaiting word about massave rebate on my mini splits installed last January i have inquired twice in last month no response
